How do I claim your extended warranty?If we've assembled the desk for you, rest assured that the warranty extension is automatically recorded on our end. You don't need to take any additional steps to activate the extension.

My desk is not operating normally?If your desk is experiencing issues, please follow these troubleshooting steps: Ensure there is no obstruction above or below the desk. Verify that you are not exceeding the maximum weight capacity. Try resetting the system by unplugging the desk for 2 minutes before plugging it back in. If the problem persists after these steps, please contact us with detailed information so we can assist you further.
