What is your refund policy?Change of mind? Get a 100% refund within 24 hours of your order. No questions asked. No returns or refund after the 24 hours down period.

What is your warranty policy?We believe in or products. Standing desks mechanical and electrical parts are covered by 3 years warranty.

Do you offer international shipping?Please use the contact us form and provide the product you wish to order, including any add-ons and we can provide you with a quote. We do not charge any additional fees to the courier costs for international shipping.

Made a mistake or need to make a change to your order?Please contact us with your order number and details of the change and we will do our best to accommodate. For example, if you need to change the color on a Kustom Tabletop. we are happy to accommodate without any fees if the product has not been colored.

How do I claim your extended warranty?If we had assembled the desk for you, the warranty extension is automatically recorded on our side. You do not need to do anything to activate the extension.

My desk is not operating normally?Please check that there is nothing blocking the desk above or below it. Check that you are not putting on more weight than the maximum lifting capacity. Try to reset the system by unplugging that desk and wait 2 minutes before plugging back in. If none of that resolves the issue, please contact us and provide detailed information so we can look into the issue.

Best Price GuaranteeWe will match and give you $50 credits towards any accesories or services at time of purchase. Best price guarantees is subject to the below conditions 1. The product must be new, available for purchase, and sold by a merchant in Singapore at time of purchase 2. The product must be of the same or better specifications. We reserve the right to make the final decision. Price Match: 1. Desks only 2. Inludes sales price How to claim? 1. Take a photo/screenshot and send us a link to the product 2. We will review and get back to you if the product meets our condition. 3. If yes, please advise what you want to use the credit for and the desk you wish to purchase. We will send you an invoice for payment. Payment must be made within 24 hours.

Price Assurance GuaranteeHave peace of mind with your desk purchase with our price assurance gurantee. We will refund you the difference if the price drops, or if you find a better price within 30 days of purchase. 1. For external prices, product must be new, vailable and sold by a registered merchant in Singapore. 2. Product must be for the same or better specifications. We reserve the right to make the final decision. How to claim? 1. Take a picture and send it to us along with the link to the product listing 2. We will review and determine whether conditions are met 3. If yes, we will issue you a refund to your bank account via paynow or bank transfer.
