How it works
Review the options
Talk it through at the showroom, by video, or with on-site measuring when a close fit or a site constraint justifies it.
Confirm the specification and quotation
We confirm the build and the final price personally before anything is made. PayNow is our preferred payment method.
Fabrication, delivery and installation
Your piece is built in Singapore, delivered and fitted by our team.
02 — Ways to meet
Showroom, video or at your place
The showroom is at 1 Rochor Canal Road, Unit #02-23, Sim Lim Square, Singapore, 188504. Showroom open 24 hours, unattended. Book to meet our team.
- Installation
- Fixed-height desks take about 30–45 minutes; height-adjustable desks about 60–90 minutes.
- Lead time
- Standard builds take 2–3 weeks from your approved drawing. Complex builds are confirmed with your quote.
- Payment
- PayNow is our default payment method, against a quotation we have confirmed. GrabPay is available on request for qualifying orders.
- Sales
- Payment is due upon receipt. All sales are final. If we find a fault when we install your piece, we fix it.
- Warranty
- Electric height-adjustable desks: 5-year limited warranty — years 1–2: parts and labour; years 3–5: parts only — labour is chargeable.
